No major issues, hotel is well located right next to some major tech companies, and it’s brand new. Rooms are quiet, super nice, and bed is comfortable. Biggest issue was that the pillows were super hard but that was solved by asking them for softer pillows which they found. Other issue is that AC blows onto the bed - which I generally don’t like. Will definitely be staying here from now on when traveling in the area.

Spent two nights here and fell in love with the hotel. The location is not in the middle of town, but if you have a car you're about two minutes away. Very close to Facebook and Instragram. The people were amazing - everyone we interacted with really seemed anxious that we had everything we needed. Special kudos for Victoria from the front desk - she was exceptionally helpful. The facility is brand new and very techie, but warm at the same time. and tons of charging stations all over the public facilities. The grounds are beautiful and large, the pool area is wonderful. The pool bar was not opened when we were there, but still early in the year. Whoever designed this hotel filled it full of subtle, clever, whimsical touches like the carpet for the stairs that has a squiggly line in it leading to an oversized ball of yarn on the second floor. Or the suitcases by the front door growing plants in them. The whole place is delightful. Food is good, but a little inconsistent. Mezzes - great. Ceasar salad - bland. Pancakes delicious but would have been better with the compote on the side rather than covering the top of the pancakes. All in all, I think it's a wonderful hotel with a few start up restaurant bugs that should resolve quickly. Everything was find in our beautiful room including the robes. And the people are really the best.

This will be a great hotel when it's actually finished. Great location, beautiful back lounge area, contemporary design.

Unfortunately it seems it's been rushed to launch. Before I arrived my colleague summed it up as "it's brand new and nothing works", in his case including no running water in the shower.

When I arrived and checked in, the receptionist said with a slight hint of tension in her voice "if there are any problems with your room, please let us know here". Which didn't bode well.

Duly warned, my own experience in the span of two hours has included small things like the internet login not recognizing my name and room, to more significant things like the bath not sealing in water, and culminating in a horrible squealing noise in my room that the engineer attributed to the air conditioning from the hall getting trapped in the corridor and trying to force it's way into my room. He's solved it by opening the hallway doors, but warned that security may well close them later, so I get to sleep knowing that I may have a very unpleasant 3am wake-up ahead of me.

I hope that they solve these and other issues such as those my colleague are experiencing as it will be a good hotel if they do.

Dear g99,
we are horrified to read that you had such an unusual experience with us. I want to assure you that this is not a reflection of our service levels and hotel product. All of our bugs are worked out and we would love the opportunity to regain your confidence. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly. We do hope we get the opportunity to be of service to you in the near future.

This hotel is Amazing! This is what this area needed from a hotel. Tech friendly, creativity inspiring, impeccable service, modern. There are power outlets everywhere and little niches you can sit to do work around the hotel in privacy or in public. Weird design things get your creativity thinking. The service at the front desk was awesome. They seemed new but Everyone was smiling and looked like they wanted to be there. Sophie was one of the agents and she was extremely friendly. Something you don't see at the four seasons all the time. Valet doesn't use tickets, they text you and you can text back to request your car, easy to use. It's next to the highway but the double pained windows help block out the noise. Didn't eat at the restaurant but looks cool. The courtyard in the middle of the hotel with the amazing pool is like nothing else in this area. super cool! will definitely be back for a staycation

Room Tip: get a room on the corner with the balcony. check out the pool. just walk around and look at the desing
