This hotel is beautiful, clean, well kept, and the staff is so attentive. Josh helped us and was amazing both days! The restaurant inside has amazing drinks and food selection. They could accommodate our vegan diet restrictions as well. The rooms are beautifully set up and the bed is so comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!More

The Park James provided a much-needed Staycation respite for us. I am a local who after a trying month lost power during the rain storms on the day my wallet was stolen. Every single staff member, from the valet parker, to the front desk staff, to housekeeping, to the managers went out of their way to do something extra to help us and provide a spark of joy to our day. Breakfast at the Coffee Kahve was not only delicious, but provided a cozy place to get work done while the cheerful staff refilled coffee and water. The Oak and Violet restaurant dinner food and cocktails was superb, as was room service. The room was spotless, beautiful, filled with light and comfortable. Thank you Park James Hotel!

We had a power outage at our house due to the storms and Park James was very accommodating getting us a reservation last minute. We would have been out of power for a few days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed at the Park James over Thanksgiving. This is an outstanding boutique hotel with a great courtyard patio space. We had an issue with a noisy neighbor, and management went above and beyond and upgraded us to a stellar suite. I would not hesitate to stay at the Park James next time I’m in the area.

I stayed at the Park James hotel back in August for my birthday weekend and I will definitely be booking another stay soon. The rooms were very clean and luxurious. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. You can tell they paid attention to detail when designing the rooms. The hotel is located very close to downtown, easy to get places around the hotel. But you won't want to leave because everything you need is right there at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive to any of your needs. The restaurant is top tier and the food was the best I have had at a hotel. The bar was great as well with knowledgeable bartenders. Overall this was a luxury experience with a touch of home. Loved every minute of my stay and I highly recommend staying here!
