This hotel is beautiful, clean, well kept, and the staff is so attentive. Josh helped us and was amazing both days! The restaurant inside has amazing drinks and food selection. They could accommodate our vegan diet restrictions as well. The rooms are beautifully set up and the bed is so comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

The Park James provided a much-needed Staycation respite for us. I am a local who after a trying month lost power during the rain storms on the day my wallet was stolen. Every single staff member, from the valet parker, to the front desk staff, to housekeeping, to the managers went out of their way to do something extra to help us and provide a spark of joy to our day. Breakfast at the Coffee Kahve was not only delicious, but provided a cozy place to get work done while the cheerful staff refilled coffee and water. The Oak and Violet restaurant dinner food and cocktails was superb, as was room service. The room was spotless, beautiful, filled with light and comfortable. Thank you Park James Hotel!

So welcoming, everyone was there to help you to fell the most comfortable ... They did far more that i would expected , everyone was polite, discrete and warm at the same time... I will definitely come back
