Usually I am visiting Outback when I am in the US. After my flight from Germany to the US
my colleague and I where looking for Dinner.
After the good experience we made 3 weeks before in Las Vegas we decided for Outback again
What a mistake. In fact it was the worth service experience I ever made in Outback.
We ordered the Blooming Onion as starter.
After over 30 minutes waiting time I have asked when the food is supposed to arrive after additional 10 minutes we got the main course.
While claiming that starter is missing we got a unmotivated annoyed “ I am sorry”
When leaving the Restaurant I could see the Manager on duty fixing service issues at the table next to us by handing out a voucher.
If I wouldn’t know that Outback can do much better I would not visit an Outback again.
All I can say is that I will not visit this Outback again.
