I went to O'Neil's Bar and Grill for dinner on a Friday night with a group of 12 people. It was great that they could accommodate our large group without any problem. They had a live saxophone player in the room next to us who was very good. It was quite loud and it was a little difficult to carry on our conversations. Three friends had the chili which they said was very good. There was no bread served with it as is often the case these days so my friends asked for and received crackers for their chili. I ordered the tri -tip steak salad. The tri-tip was quite tough, somewhat difficult to cut with a steak knife. I had ordered my dressing on the side, and it was tossed into the salad. I was alright with that because the dressing was delicious and not overdone. There was a nice selection of wines and several of us had a glass of Merlot which was very good.
