Room 2, king size bed it didn't matter which way you slept in this bed, you always rolled to the middle of the bed. So my husband and I felt like we were sleeping in a taco shell. And I woke up with mosquito bites all over my legs. We have stayed in Room 1 which also had a king size bed and did not have these problems. Maybe it was the heat wave, no air conditioner but it was just terrible, miserable.

I like this place, friendly people and nice location and value priced. Id prefer A/C on the craziest weekend (Labor Day 9/3/2017) but its probably good with the ocean breeze. I like the upstairs - had a breeze (small). The rooms are small and they run your Credit Card by 5pm... (Fyi)

This was to be a premium room and I got a room with mold, mosquitos, chairs with terrible tears and breakfast is cold muffins cut in pieces. The staff seemed to be friendly until you bring to their attention these things. There are many other motels for less that are far better.

Room Tip: don't pay for anything premium all rooms are poor

We spent a night in Morro Bay Sandpiper Inn while we were traveling from Los Angeles to San Francisco. Nice comfortable room. Offers fridge and coffee maker. It was cleaner that most motels we stayed in and it offered better breakfast.

We were given a room for disabled people. Nothing against that, but it's not what we booked. The room was very poorly decorated, dusty and it could have been cleaned a bit deeper. Very thin drapes. Early in the morning was bright as hell. Internet didn't work at all. They advertise breakfast is included, but it's just coffee and cereal that you have to eat in the room because it's literally served in a corner in the registration office.
