Small intimate hotel, recently restored. Great location, walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Manager Laura does a wonderful job & helpful with all aspects of our stay. Highly recommend to those who like quiet, small hotels but with all the quality of a 5 star resort. Thank you for a great trip

The Three Fifty is a recently restored boutique hotel we rented for my wife’s 40th birthday. It was the perfect stay for our event. Laura the property manager was so helpful in arranging all the details. This would be perfect for weddings or for couples getaways. It’s right next to cool bars and restaurants as well. We will definitely be back!

We booked the entire Three Fifty hotel for a business meeting and our stay was a delight! The rooms were clean and newly renovated. To make our arrangements we communicated with Laura who was such a pleasure to work with. She arranged a delicious poolside lunch and worked with us to make dinner reservations. She made sure we had a functional meeting space and was very flexible and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit and/or business meeting!

If I could have given this hotel a 3.5 rating above I would have.

The good stuff... The hotel location is GREAT for walking around downtown. The pool area is nice and very comfortable, if rather stark, so thank goodness for the giant rubber ducky to brighten things up. On site parking is always GREAT! The two rooms which I saw were a generous size and decorated in a cute, inexpensive way. Great to have a mini refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in the room. Comfortable beds and bed linens.

The not as good stuff...
I would not call this hotel 'newly renovated' (except maybe the pool area), merely newly decorated, like from T.J. Maxx. The plumbing has defiantly not been upgraded, so bath tub, hot water and bath fixtures are out-dated and funky-not-in-a-good-way. The toilet fixture has been replaced but is not esp. nice, below the knee height like for little kids. Behind the toilet fixture had not been repainted and was actually moldy. It appears that curtains & rods had been removed above windows (but holes not filled or painted, just left raw) and replaced with super inexpensive blinds. The luggage rack fell apart during our stay. Most electrical outlets have been replaced but some have not. (?) Holes and scratches on the walls. The rooms need to be repainted.
The coffee provided was not very good, so make sure to bring your own.

We had trouble catching up with Laura in order to check-in. The exterior phone by the office had no dial tone. The contact phone# posted on the office window went unanswered. The hotel is located next to a huge discount liquor warehouse store so lots of truck loading/unloading noise starting around 7 am.

Would I stay at The Three Fifty Hotel again? Not sure.

Such a fun little hotel, would return any time. The location first of all is perfect. The rooms are modernized, clean, and pretty while retaining the great vintage mid century vibe. Bathrooms are small, just as they were back in the day, but many thoughtful touches. A small fridge that actually works, plus both glass and acrylic drinkware for room and pool, great closet space and an actual dresser big enough for unpacking. Laura, the manager, is a great cheerleader for Palm Springs and has many suggestions for things to do and so helpful. Sister property Villa Serena across the street has a teeny spa, a very nice bar, and excellent restaurant so access to those things easy if you want them. The small scale of the Three Fifty is a pleasure, to walk out your door and be ten steps from the pool is so nice. The view up toward the mountains is lovely.

Hi Nicebottleofred,

Yes a nice bottle of red by the pool is always nice! This little retro hotel has its quirks, nevertheless its the real Palm Springs!
Its all about the amazing view and so close to town.

Happy you loved it!See you next time.

Laura
