While in the area for a conference, strolled the pier for fresh air. Stopped in a few restaurants that did not appeal to me. Noted Halibut Corner. A local spot for local folks.
Several groups having dinner, some having their "favorites." Clearly knew the owner well, who greeted everyone warmly and conversed with the groups. Greeted me as a new solo diner. Had clam chowder which was great. Nice diverse menu, seafood with a latin twist. Recommend it for a casual meal on the Pier. Adjacent to parking facility, North end of the Pier.
