“Amazing pizza”
Review of Chicago Fire

Chicago Fire
Ranked #55 of 485 Restaurants in Roseville
Cuisines: Pizza
Description: Chicago Fire was born of my desire to enjoy the flavors and textures unique to Chicago Pizza and share them with others. Our menu is strongly influenced by Chicago’s history and culture. Firstly, many of Chicago’s tastiest foods were created by Greek and Italian immigrants. Secondly, Chicago was once known as the pork capital of the world. Most of our sandwiches and pizzas have over a half pound of meat, staying true to portions one would expect in The Windy City. Lastly, we offer numerous “Fiery” foods such as Extra Hot Wings, The Great Chicago Fire Pizza, Spicy Italian Sausage, and of course our signature Hot Italian Beef. Enjoy! Just moved to Roseville and have been here twice. We absolutely love the deep dish pizza. This will definitely become one of regular places.

I haven't been to Chicago Fire in Riseville in years. We stopped in for lunch. The Greek fries were OK, but not worth ordering again. Not very crispy. The salad was good. Very good croutons. My wife had two slices of the thin crust pizza. The pepperoni was so thin it was almost not recognizable. I had two slices of the deep dish combo. The crust was weird. Too flakey for pizza. The toppings were unremarkable. T.he service was very good

A friend invited us and we really enjoyed it. I had the thin crust Great Chicago Fire (which has a Habanero drizzle) and my other half had a stuffed pizza (which takes 45 minutes). We had the delicious fried artichoke hearts as an appetizer and Greek salads. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

As far as I know, this is the only place in Roseville to get stuffed pizza - two layers of crust, cheese, and tomato sauce, plus toppings on the top layer. My son lived in Chicago for 8 years, where we got hooked on Gino's and Pizzeria Uno's, but tis is close without the terrors of O'Hare and the terrible weather.

Stopped here after a movie. The place was packed, very loud and it seemed everyone was having a great time. The service was very good and the wait was short, considering how busy it was. The two pizzas we had were great.
