My husband and I went here one weekend evening for dinner. Luckily we got to see the belly dancers which were very good and the meal was very good as well. The ambience is wonderful and our server and the service was perfect. Our server even told us that Restaurants.com has a special that is only $25 for $50 worth of food here. Since the meals are either $23-25 each person it is worth checking that deal out before you go. The guests at the table next to ours used this deal and were treated in the very same way we were. From the first course of soup and salad through the the orange blossom water on your hands and the hot tea and baklava the meal was filling as well as pleasurable. In fact they packed up our leftovers and I had plenty for lunch the next day.

...as soon as you walk in. Very different. High quality carpets cover the walls. Nice brass fixtures and you sit either on hassocks or a plush bench. It was a business dinner and never having been at a Morrocan restaurant, I didn't know what to expect.

We had a traditional meal without utensils, so the waiter had us wash our hands from a large brass bowl before being served. The chicken was very, very tasty. I hope to return.

I really enjoyed this place, not your typical dinner out, especially if you go on Friday or Saturday night when at 7 pm the belly dancing starts! The food is served in courses (5) and it's a fixed price menu from 22 to 26. Plenty of selection and exotic combination of flavors true to Moroccan style and if you are too boring for that you can get a kabob that is just meat. To my taste the salad is one of the highlights. It's included in every meal and is an interesting combo of veggies marinated in different things sliced and served very nicely on a platter. The pastilla could have had more chicken in it but very tasty in it's filo dough. I especially like the chicken or lamb in the prune sauce. High point was the salad and baklava and the low point was the bread.

We enjoyed the variety of food. The presentation was appealing and very refreshing. The decor was warm and comfortable. Definitely a place to for special occasion or if you just want to have a Morrocon experience. The belly dancing was a fun entertainment.
