Not until I had miso soup at a Japanese restaurant that didn't do it right did I realize that good miso soup needs to be savored. Sushi Infinity did a good job with the miso soup. The bento box was delicious. The tonkatsu was moist, not cooked to death. Some restaurants are haphazard with the lettuce in the bento box. Not here. The leaves were cut to an appropriate size so I didn't have to cram large leaves in my mouth. My side order of mackerel was very tasty and artistically presented.
Looking around I could see that they pay attention to details here in this ordinary looking restaurant.
