We just ate at the Fairmont for Easter Sunday brunch. Our servers Lincoln and Guillermo were attentive, considerate, friendly, and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet which was well stocked with shrimp, oysters, crab legs, prime rib, ham, lamb, chilean sea bass, omelets made to order, etc. There was a beautiful variety of desserts and on this particular day there was a server who went table to table with free samples of bloody Mary cocktails made with Belvedere vodka. The atmosphere was relaxed, spacious, and well lit, perfect for a lovely family meal. Everyone from the hostess to the manager was very friendly and pleasant. This is our new family tradition for Easters to come.
