Stayed for 1 night. Contrary to what their site says, there were no cups of any kind in the room, no coffee maker, no complimentary bottles of water. Tried calling in the evening for some supplies only to be told there was o one on staff that could deliver any. In addition, not even any coffee in the lobby area in the morning. Loved the place and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Good clean rooms and a strong WiFi connection made it a very good stay. The food was really good and the place was hygienic and thus I would recommend this place.

A well managed place, the staff is friendly, the food was awesome, spacious rooms, It's my go to place whenever I'll visit San Jose, they have a really big pool, and a hot tub was amazing, I would highly recommend y'all to give it try for this place you won't regret it.
