Perfect location for a concert and just a few miles from the Mountain Winery and day hike at Castle Rock State Park. Rooms were quiet, very clean, bed comfortable. That's the winning combo for us. We like the convenience of pulling your car right up to your room. Breakfast was basic grab and go. Would certainly stay here again. May seem a bit pricey, but the location is worth it.

The lodge is a very good stay with a friendly staff and great location. The room is nice but the beds are a bit hard for me. The parking is on the small side so if you arrive late you will have to squeeze in. Not many rooms so book early.

We stayed here one night for concert at Mountain Winery.

Older hotel with mid sized rooms. Strange layouts where bathroom sink is actually in the main room. Uncomfortable beds.

Grab and Go breakfast was nice.

Overall great location to stay for a quick night or two if attending an event at the Winery sense it's just down the hill. Also very close to walking downtown.

We visited Saratoga last year and stayed at the bigger, better known inn across the street. We were disappointed. This year, we decided to try the Saratoga Oaks Lodge and were pleasantly surprised. Large room, very nice toiletries, good furniture, pretty garden setting. A small niggle: there's no decoration on the walls, but the quiet decor appealed to one of us, if not the other. Closet a bit on the small side, but with substantial wooden hangers. No iron or ironing board in the room, but available quickly on request. Very clean and comfortable. We didn't try the complimentary breakfast, because we like to go to the Big Basin Cafe, but it looked good. Costs less and offers more. We'll stay here again.

We were looking for a place to stay while attending an evening concert at the beautiful Mountain Winery venue. I decided upon Saratoga Oaks Lodge because of its proximity and it looked quaint. Our room was a basic king room, but when I noticed other rooms with private decks, the manger offered to show me upgraded rooms...for next time. They were very nice and would have made the trip another star worthy! A continental breakfast was included. Great location for a stroll "downtown"--more like a village. Overall, a nice break from summer heat!
