Great place to come and share menu items. The sushi is always good, sometimes exceptional, inventive flavors. Very small seating area with great modern-meets-old vibe.

Sushi falls apart, the katsu for the little one took a long time and when we got it it was cold... that would probably be because the waitress was busy drinking with one of the other tables, while shouting and making the experience even more noisy and unpleasant... that's probably why she also forgot our wasabi too - so I got up and asked the chefs for it...
Prices are reasonable, but don't try the combo - they are overpriced and defenitly not worth it...
The place is small and looks nice, but we had the misfortune of sitting there while there was a loud bunch drinking and shouting (including our waitress..), so even our kids said that it was too loud...

Was happier after my first visit. Won't be returning a third time. Chef said that "quality daikon was not available" at their store at this time, hence that was the reason they didn't have it for the tempura dipping sauce. Huh? There are many grocery stores around that have daikon now, it's not out of season. Also the honey walnut shrimp sushi roll tasted weird, I think because the walnuts were over-toasted and didn't taste like walnuts anymore. I know, that is not traditional Japanese sushi. I was expecting something that tastes like the honey walnut prawns entree in nearby Chinese restaurants (which I don't think is a traditional Chinese dish either).

It was a good experience. We tried 3-4 different items. The honey walnut(?) shrimp roll was awesome!

They do a great job with their sushi, with a great happy hour. They accommodated our large party gracefully (we took up over half their restaurant!)!
