Good breakfast buffet. Daily room rate too high. Every hotel in this area is overpriced.Sudeet at the front desk was very welcoming. Bravo to him! Everyone should be so welcoming.he was very polite and made great first impression!

Disappointed with this 4 day stay on a business trip. Hotel has an ok location on El Camino Real but the room was a bit shoddy, though the reception area was bright and airy. Breakfast was the usual HIE fare and that makes it pretty ... artificial ? Don’t think I’ll use this one again.

Stayed here in Oct 2017 for a family birthday gathering. The hotel has been completely renovated and my room smelled of fresh paint. It is a small (only 3 floors) HI Express. The staff is very friendly and if you are not expecting much more than what an Express offers then you will be very satisfied. The location is quiet with a few eateries around the corner. One word of caution if you are using a GPS. Enter the address completely. I entered only the street address and ended up in 852 W El Camino Real in Mountain View! (It was my oversight of course.)

Room tip: Avoid the ground floor, which tends to be a little bit noisier than the upper 2 floors.

I stayed at this location for two nights in November. Floor in elevator was sticky . Television was pre-2000 with less then 20 operable channels. Tears everywhere see photos. First floor had flooded when I got there. Internet service was awful.

In 200 words or less, light in bathroom flickering, room looks old, carpet is stained, TV is old, they don't have DVDs to borrow or rent, complimentary breakfast is just okay, games in lobby missing pieces & people smoking by entrance like there is no tomorrow.
