“The food is meh!”

The food here is hit or miss. We went for a weekend buffet which is reasonably priced. The buffet spread is pretty decent and has good options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. You can also add a beer to the buffet for less than a dollar. This is a no-frills buffet.

Tried this place for lunch. It’s small place but the food is really good specially their vegetarian food. Non vegetarian food is also good but not as the vegetarian.

Satkar is a small hole in the wall North Indian restaurant. Dont let appearances discourage you though. The food is amazing. Easily ranks among the best Indian food in the bay area.

There are only about 5 or 6 tables in the small seating area. It appears they cater to a lot of take out orders. The place is clean and well maintained as well.

First time I had the chance to taste a real indian cuisine... and I loved it! The restaurant is very small but located in a convenient place - Right on El Camino, next to MV and Sunnyvale. We had to wait 15-20 minutes before getting a table but the waiting was definitely worth. Awesome food, I loved everything - Chicken, vegetables and hot naan. Very good !

Chicken biryani was horrible just some chicken curry mixed with rice. Not even close to calling it biryani. It had some grapes added to it. Dont waste your money. Go to Peacock in santa clara or amber for this.

The seekh kabab had an overwhelming smell to it. Just couldnt eat it.

The chicken tikka curry had just 2 /3 miserly small bits of chicken . No taste just color to it.

Chicken makhani was ok.

The naans were the only items worth it and were excellent.

Will not go back here for sure.
