This was a nice hotel to stay at on our way to Sequoia National Park. The indoor heated pool and hot tub hit the spot after a day of traveling! The room was comfortable and clean with the usual amenities (microwave, coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer). The bed was perfect and provided a good night's sleep. The only odd thing was that when I checked in I was told breakfast was included but the next morning I went to the restaurant and was told differently.

Hello JMA032,
Thank you for staying with us. We hope your trip to the Sequoia National Park was a beautiful one. We are happy you were able to take advantage of our indoor and outdoor pools and having a good night's sleep is very important. We do apologize for the breakfast included miscommunication. As reserving with third party sites it may include breakfast for a price difference. We do hope to see you again on your next trip to the beautiful Sequoia's.
Sincerely,
Wyndham Visalia

Enjoyed the room. Great location and I appreciated having microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The parking was perfect. The maids were respectful, helpful and efficient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had a one night stop on a coach tour. With being out of town they have a captive audience for food. The bar snacks menu was good and the food was plentiful. Reasonable prices too. But the food took a while to arrive. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster as the building works in the hotel meant no diy buffet service. You had to rely on waiting staff to bring everything and that took a very long time. Some guests walked out.

The room was ok, but a little tired looking. View of the car park, no safe in room and noisy aircon and bathroom extractor. The outdoor pool only had about nine sun beds that were all in use when we wanted to use it. The beds were comfy, fridge, iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, USB charging points and microwave in the room and ice and vending machines on every floor.

It should be ok when all the refurbishments are completed.

The hotel was under renovation when we stayed. The staff were very friendly and the disruption was kept to a bare minimum. Room was clean well equipped with fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. The pool area was a little dirty although the pool was clean. The carpets in the corridors were very old and dirty (needed a good hoover). The breakfast was very nice cooked to order. Good location if you are travelling around we were on a road trip and only stayed 1 night. Reasonably priced but not cheap.
