Found this gem based on Trip Advisor reviews, after flying into Denver en route to Wyoming. Our server, Heidi, was friendly, attentive, and efficient. One member of our group has a seafood allergy, and Heidi checked with the chef, and verified that it would be safe to use a pan that had cooked shrimp after it was washed. That kind of attention is much appreciated! The food was excellent; each dish ordered was delicious: quesadilla, chili rellenos, carne asada, nachos, and a salad.
