The Garden of the Gods offers some great views of the area. There are a lot of hiking trail opportunities. Also, there are several places to stop along the way to take pictures and soak up the views. I have been to other rock parks in other states where you can climb and get closer to rocks for pictures. However, at Garden of the Gods unless you are an experienced climber with a license you must stay on the paved path.

We visited this amazing natural wonder last summer and would highly recommend it. The scenery is stunning, with plenty of trails to explore. The visitor centre across the road was worth a visit too. We booked a private climbing tour with Front Range Climbing which was well worth the money.

Would thoroughly recommend a visit!

Great place to let kids both young and old climb on rocks. The hiking trails were easy enough for young kids and older people.

We had the great opportunity to visit this wonderful creation of nature. Drive thru the mountains and feel the serenity in priceless. Able to admire the wonders of our planet and it’s beauty. Definitely, a must see if you had the opportunity to visit Colorado Springs.

OK, some would say the Rockies are the best free attraction in Co. Probably right. But, the Garden of the Gods is close second. Summer months can be crowded, but sense they recently closed the COG Railway up Pikes Peak this is best natural senic place left in Colorado Springs. (You can drive up Pikes Peak - but, it ain't free)
