This was our second visit to The Melting Pot in Colorado Springs. It was again a very enjoyable experience. We are vegans and one of the managers and our waitress were very helpful and accommodating. The menu includes the Good Earth Vegetarian which includes edamame or onion rings, artichoke hearts, vegetable polpettes, fresh asparagus, ginger teriyaki tofu and wild mushroom sacchetti. If you get it with the 4 course experience it includes cheese fondue, salad, and chocolate fondue. Since we are vegans we had to forgo the 4 course experience and the wild mushroom sacchetti and that left the remainder of the Good Earth Vegetarian. This included fresh and delicious veggies and tofu. The service was excellent as well. We only wish we could have tried the 4 course experience and hope they will consider adding vegan cheese and chocolate in the future.
