We have been a patron of the restaurant for a few years, coming for events and meals. Because of their welcoming area, and fantastic food along with their values as a company we decided to book our wedding here.

The wedding was magical, the staff was patient with our guest list changes, and they made sure everyone was comfortable and happy! Marilyn (the owner) was amazing for her wisdom and patience as we organized everyone on the day of. We couldn't imagine a better day.

Mercury cafe is definitely a great place for drinks! You can watch shows, jazz, live music, and such while you eat dinner! They use organic products and have the coziest bohemian atmosphere with tons of light!

My family all needed a nice meal with a chance for uninterrupted conversation. That's what we got at the Mercury Cafe. Food choices were good, the service was right, and the atmosphere relaxing. Oooh forgot to mention the decadent dessert selection ☕️ . Check out their menu online. Easy downtown parking as well.

This crazy wonderful place was introduced to us by our daughter in 2016. We took a couple of dance classes upstairs, and have had dinner there a few times. I love their food. The prices are reasonable, it's organic, and it has a "down home" feel that I love. I generally get pan fried fish of some kind (they go for Colorado fish), and it is always beautifully done. Yes, the Mercury is a throw-back to hippie days perhaps, but what's wrong with that? Last night we had dinner in the "Jungle Room" (there are several venues for eating and entertainment) and it was an intimate first-floor venue for hearing a virtuoso harmonica player and teacher from Swallow Hill perform (Clay Kirkland). Our table service, by the way, couldn't have been better. One note: It's cash only, so go to the ATM before you come.

Sunday Brunch was fabulous! The food is fresh and much of it is sourced locally. Piano player was a nice addition.. Be prepared to pay cash.. They don't take credit cards
