Small and intimate. One could easily walk past and not notice it. Good beer selection and delicious food. We had the pork poutine, quail and the grouper. Food quality was top notch. Service was good.

This was our first meal in Denver after flying in from the East Coast and it’s going to be hard to find another place to match this standard of food and service. This is a tiny bistro and serves the most amazing food. We ate the grouper, quail with sticky rice and poutine with pork - all delicious and bursting with flavor. Highly recommend as a restaurant to try!

We have eaten at many 5 star restaurants around the world and this place surpasses them all. First the service is friendly and very knowledgeable. The place is small and they don’t tak reservations so plan accordingly. Then there is the food. To die for I had the Monkfish with bits of ham. It tasted like lobster. Everything here is made from scratch, right down to their sausages. This is the place you go to enjoy and linger over your food and the initimate setting, along w incredible service makes you feel lik u are the only customers in the place. Also the portions were big so we didn’t hav room for desserts. They also hav a wide selection of craft beers and wines. It is more on the expensive side but worth every penny or should I say bite,

Amazing once again. Dropped in again tonight to enjoy fruit of their labors of love. There is true love in theirs hearts at To the Wind. Royce & Leanne and the whole team make culinary pleasures come alive with their distinct magic. The elk tonight was so tender it crumbled to the touch of my fork.

Our daughter discovered this place for us. It is tiny - 4 countertop seats by the kitchen and a small array of tables. We slid in at 6:30 and enjoyed an unhurried dinner. Fantastic drink selection (beer, wine and cocktails) with some interesting things you don't see all the time. Try the rum old fashioned! Bone marrow with a luge bourbon shot to finish and a very creative foie gras appetizer. Three of our group enjoyed the duck, elk and fish main courses while one had a salad and porkbelly bun. All excellent. We passed on desserts but they had a nice assortment that merit a look. This place is on our list to return to visit. Our server was amazing - everyone working here is excited to be at the restaurant and they know the menu top to bottom, inside and out. It made for a wonderful experience.
