Went to the new Blue Pan Pizza on 12th and Madison and had a great Pizza.
We had never heard of Detroit Pizza but am a fan now. The dough takes 72 hours
to rise and is a lot lighter than a Chicago style deep dish. The place is small and we had to wait about 30 minutes for a seat but they have a good staff that are pleasant and doing their best to make it a good experience. The crust has a great taste kinda like a parmesan cheese crisp. Great will go back.
