Delicious food made with fresh ingredients, a caring, knowledgeable staff and a wonderful atmosphere. We have enjoyed dinner in The Café, the Colorado Bass is excellent. We love their pies in restaurant and to go including our current favorites are Key Lime (creamy and tart), Quadruple Coconut Cream Pie (authentic and delightful!) Tart Cherry (fresh cherries make all the difference), Roasted Strawberry (fruit-filled taste of summer) and Earl Grey Chocolate Ganache (Divine!). We have attended special events and are looking forward to trying dinner in The Cache. Ginger and Baker is delightful addition to Fort Collins.

We went with two neighbors and all of us had a good breakfast. Fresh, well-prepared, fairly-priced. Only issue is sunrise through the cafe window can not be shaded so there was no table out of the early morning sun. Service was exceptional. Second time here.

Went with a friend for lunch at her suggestion. Was very excited to try this new place, but disappointed as it was very noisy with the sound of metal chairs on concrete, so everyone had to talk louder.
Decided to try the biscuits and eggs as they have a bakery-but alas, the biscuits were hard, dry and flavorless. The hollandaise sauce tasted like only melted Velveeta. Service was good although did have to ask for more water, a pet peeve of mine when that's all I'm drinking. Did think what I had was a little pricey but portion was good.
Enjoyed looking around the place, but it seems like they are trying to do too much--bakery, shop, lunch, dinner, etc. Hopefully it'll get better as it's in an area that's being revitalized and I really like to support locally owned stores and restaurants.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch! Huge portions so we shared. Limited kids menu, but they managed. Drinks were divine too! Highly recommend! Save room for pie!

First visit to Ginger & Baker, breakfast, and loved the ambiance. Service was quick and efficient with a moderate price. Looking forward to trying other menu items.
