We had a nice, though Spartan, room that was clean and offered all of the necessities. Our room did not have a microwave or refrigerator but we can live without those items on short stays. The mattresses, linens and towels were in great shape. The only table in our room was a coffee table in front of a sofa so if you plan to spend time on your laptop, ask for a room with a table and chair. The breakfast was not noteworthy.
We would stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a 2nd floor room. The floors make noise when you walk on them and being on the 2nd floor means that no one is above you.

Stayed here based on Tripadvisor reviews. Summit Inn was OK, but we wouldn't choose to stay here again. Room was dimly lit, bathroom was tiny. "Continental breakfast" was coffee, juice and some pastries and bages.

We were doing a two day fishing trip based out of Frisco. The price and TA rating led us to the Summit Inn. Beds were good, room and amenities were average. The whole inn is dimly lit including the rooms. It was a good option for us because we were not going to spend much time there. Overall a good option for affordable stay in Summit County.

it wasnt a bad hotel, but could use a good cleaning. The breakfast was ridiculous.. a pitcher of warm orange juice, 1 muffin, 2 pre-packaged sweet rolls and some white bread slices. it worked because we were only there for one night, but we won't be staying there again.

We stayed here two nights while hiking in breckenridge. This hotel was recently redone, trim ,carpet ,furniture ,and nice refridgerator. Good location close to grocery stores and restaurants. No elevators here. They breakfast is not good but love the eating tables. Bring your own food. Ice is available downstairs. We will go again. Very reasonable.
