We came in rather late, and the others in our party that we were meeting checked in about 90 minutes before us. They ended up having to pay in full for our room as well as their own. We had a credit card on file, so this seemed a bit odd. We have not checked our statement yet to see if we were also charged. There is ample parking, which is helpful since we were driving a motor home. When we got to the room, it had not been vacuumed, a half full coke on the counter (neither of us drinks coke), and a little further inspection showed that the towels on the racks were from the previous occupants. I did not complain at that time. Exhaustion ruled. The next day, I put the 'housekeeping please' notice out. We did get clean towels (I put all on the floor), the beds were made, no vacuuming. At a later point in the day, I did happen upon a member of housekeeping staff and asked that my room please be vacuumed especially since it had not been attended to before we checked in. I carefully again placed the housekeeping please notice out. Upon our return late in the evening, the card had been turned to do not disturb and no vacuuming done. I don't know if the sheets were changed prior to our check in, drink rings on many surfaces. One member of our party called to cancel reservations four days prior to check in and was treated horribly. We did dine at Enzo's, which was wonderful.

Room tip: Book personally. inspect your room before you check in.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The check in process left a very negative impression of the hotel.

We were given a room which was dirty and had not been made up since the last clients left. When we mentioned this to the 'owner/manager' he gave us a different room on the ground floor (we wanted a room upstairs) but his overall attitude was awful. He blamed his cleaning crew and said it was not his problem! I mentioned that I would be reviewing the place and he said its ok since he cannot 'fix the problem' and they still get business! Well, as a business owner that kind of attitude is EXTREMELY BAD. The property is being renovated but that seems to have created 'stress' for the owner and rather than being positive and helpful he has a negative demeanor!

The room itself was ok. Our room looked clean, had all the basics. The bathroom is on the smaller side but was sufficient. The hotel offers a continental breakfast in the morning which was nice. The hotel has a 'motel feel' with all the rooms opening to the outside walkway/ balcony and you park in the front of your room. It is extremely close to the airport and I70. Downtown is not too far and there are a few restaurants around the hotel.

We stayed here only 1 night then moved to the Clarion Inn down the street which was MUCH better with a very friendly front desk staff.

Room tip: Get an upstairs, newly renovated room

Rooms were newly renovated so was very clean. The breakfast included waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, juice, and a few pastries. It was a good place for passing through. The staff could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. For those who likes Italian food there is a restraunt right across the street that was very good called "Enzo's.

Room tip: For those with accessibility issues rooms on the bottom floor would be better suited.

First time we ever stayed at. Americas Best and would stay again. Our room (#179) was a king room and very clean & quiet. Good location, great restaurant, WW Peppers, next door.
Lobby leads new decor to be welcoming but served it purpose. Typical breakfast but great coffee.
Would stay there again in a heart beat.
