when we arrived to parshall place, we were welcomed to a tasty jar of home made cookies on the counter with a friendly note wishing us a good stay. at no time did we feel like we weren't welcome. denise and her son made sure we had everything that we needed as well as give us some helpful tips on places to visit during our stay.
the house was even better than we expected....very clean, and cozy.
we hope to return to parshall place soon and next time enjoy the up coming hot tub ;-)

We had such a great time at Parshall place.These are not luxury accommodations,but if you are looking for a very clean,feels-like-home cozy place to stay away from it all,then you have found it.Perfect for a small family or group,this cabin has it all! The owners have stocked almost anything you need.Loved the custom marshmallow roasting forks at the fire pit.So comfortable and clean,clean,clean!Nice touches of custom made wood logs adorn the inside.We visited nearby Hot sulphur springs for a soak and literally had a blast at the local shooting range,cooked our meals in the Fully equipped kitchen.The back of the cabin offers a small perch with chairs to enjoy a beverage and view wildlife and the Colorado River ! Does it get any better than this ? My family is sure to be back for our next relaxing family getaway

We spent the third week of October 2014 staying at this amazing little cabin. It appears small from the outside but the inside is very well laid out and extremely comfortable. It is well stocked and VERY CLEAN. This place is very well maintained and did I mention how clean it was? You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. Even the dishes and towels are high quality. The owner really wants you to feel at home, and you do. The view from the back is amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. There is a fire pit and horse shoe pit in the back yard.
The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. You cant beat the price either. I will definitely visit again in the some day.
