This is the second time we have stayed at the Tudor Rose. Jon and Terre' are delightful hosts. The place is immaculate, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. We recommend it highly and will definitely go back again when we are in the Salida area.

1st time here. We loved it! Stayed in the Ponderosa Room. Food was really good. Loved the views and relaxing on back porch.
Hiked the trail. When they say " take a hiking stick", take a hiking stick. It was a pretty hike that takes you to the original Homestead.
Great place to stay.

We spent 2 nights in the very roomy Queen Elizabeth suite with our 2 older granddaughters. The accommodations & breakfast were fantastic! Tudor Chalet is very conveniently located near the hub of Salida. The price was in our opinion very reasonable; what we paid for one room for the 4 of us at a Best Western. We highly recommend!

This was our second stay at the Tudor Rose. A few years ago we stayed at the B&B for a working retreat and enjoyed the quiet and comfortable main house with delicious breakfasts every morning. This time we had a larger group and stayed in a chalet. The chalet was spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. We used it as a base for summiting Mt. Shavano and mountain biking. The kitchen was well equipped enough to make dinner one night.

I especially like that the Tudor Rose has its own 3/4 mile hiking trail.

Such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the quietness. Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night, but we loved it. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and nice. We will be back.
