here you get the best value for money. really big and comfortable apartments with new furniture.I came from a hotel where the furniture was almost missing - a 4 star Sea crest hotel. here you will find everything necessary in perfect condition. appartments are cleaned every 3 days very wellq 4-5 women make your apartment shining.
area is quite and safe very close to the beach. many restaurant and coffes around

Stayed here a few years ago and decided to come back again. Nice sized apartment once again, with pretty good facilities and well-managed and looked after. Location is great for Jomtien beach. The block seems to be a mix of residents and short term rentals, so is generally pretty quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Jometien Beach Residence offers you proper fully furnished apartments. It ain't a hotel so don't expect any kind of service at all except cleaning.

Rooms - We stayed at a beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment furnished with all kind of amenities. It had all luxury furniture, modular fully equipped kitchen, variety of books, swimming tools, toys for kids, almost anything you want. The apartment had 3 balconies offering magnificent view of the ocean.

Location - It is based at the Jometien Beach as the name suggests.

Staff - There ain't any!!

Parking - Ample parking space available.

Food - As i said there is no service available. You can cook your own food.

Pros - Go there to relax yourself. You will enjoy if you are willing to cook for yourself.

Cons - If power goes off they don't have any backup and the people at the reception don't understand English well.
