We ( myself, wifey & my 3 year old daughter ) visites this place from 30th may to 4th June2019. It is a boutique hotel with large rooms. The rooms are very nicely decorated with beautiful furniture and artifacts. Spacious and comfortable with kitchenettes and utensils. We had asked  a room on the 2nd floor but when we reached the hotel it came to our surprise that we were offered the ground floor room at first we were reluctant in taking that room as we had a 3 year old child with us n thought it would be noisy but then the reception lady said that they will shift us on 2nd floor the next day so we stayed on the ground floor but to our surprise there was no noice at all plus the hotel doesnt have a lift so we agrees to stay on the ground floor. The industrial size bathtub in our room was lovely and worked well. The locally made wooden king size bed was the most comfortable and the best  in functionality and originality. Ac & internet works very well. The hotel is tucked away on a side road and therefore it misses all the noise from Beach Road. Breakfasts buffet are adequate but what makes the place best is the front desk friendly staff. They are very kind and show the guests  genuine Thai hospitality. Each suite comes with a little balcony but being on the ground floor we never used ours. There is free parking place for your rented cars n bikes. The hotel also has a small swimming pool buy we never visited it. This hotel gets booked up so advance booking is recommended. As people discover this gem, they come back year after year as we heard some guests comment about staying there before. We had a fabulous time at this remarkable edifice. Would definitely love to come back here to stay.

Great location, very near to the beach. Awesome inexpensive prices, lovely well maintained rooms and the best customer service I experienced during the trip to Thailand among all hotels I stayed at. Rooms are big, spacious and very very clean. The pool needs some improvements in order to bring up to the standards of the hotel, but is fine.

Room tip: if you are staying in the area, this is the hotel to stay at. You will love the rooms.

This is a very nice boutique hotel in Soi 4 with Jomtien beach in two minutes walking distance. The service is pleasant and helpful and is happy to help you book tours and transport. There are cafes, laundry and a 7-eleven in close proximity. We were given a large tiled room with large bed, newly remodeled bathroom and large tiled bath on the 1st floor, there is a kitchenette in the room with dining table and chairs. There is a cooking stove and fridge and good cupboard space. The room has a safe, air conditioning and is nicely decorated in Thai style. Simple breakfast is served and there is a small pool. The rooms and Hotel are kept clean every day.

Perfect location, great room, great staff. Definitely a place to come back, I really enjoyed to stay here, the only thing I have to appoint that i did not enjoy was the shower, warm water for a couple of mounts and very week water pressure. Apart of that everything was perfect. Note: If you enjoy a pool, this one can fresh you up but that's it.

Stayed in this hotel for one night room 207. I was pleased to see big rooms with self catering facilities, One nice touch was an electric mosquito control that accepts the little pads, there was three provided. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Only thing I noticed that the hotel should address is that the pillows although very comfortable they are looking old and browned, a wash or replacement should. That being said would use again as I believe the owners would address the issue.
Breakfast was substantial and cooked properly.
