Firstly I should say that this is not a hotel, daily or weekly stays are prohibited by at least three statutes in Thailand. Be very wary of companies who take bookings for a short stays as you may find yourself turned away either by reception staff or when you try to get a key for the apartment. There are unscrupulous owners who are desperate to see a return on their investment so be careful.
1. Security at this resort is a premier consideration for the operators, gate security followed by security at reception followed by security in the elevators. The magnetic key will only allow access to the floor of your apartment and the swimming pool/ laundry/water machine ( floor 6) security staff patrol continuously and CCTV apparent everywhere.
2. The facilities are kept clean continuously, daily routines ensure all public areas are cleaned and where necessary polished. The regime appears relentless and those responsible deserve every visitors praise. Even the gardens are maintained daily.
3. The staff for the most part are courteous and polite to their visitors. There are some grumpy ones which you expect in such a large undertaking.

This is not a hotel and daily and of weekly stays are not allowed, at least three statutes govern the way the place operates. We stayed for two months.
So those are the pros what about the cons:
1. There is a continual need for small change to feed both the water machine and the washer/dryer machines. There are a plethora of machines taking your money , vending for drinks etc, machines for phone chimes and games but no change machines. The money area does sometimes have the required change which is given out begrudgingly but be prepared to have the correct change available as they cannot be relied upon. There appears to have been some changes to the 1 baht coinage used in the drinking water machine such that it will take the old but not the new currency, we found if you soak the currency in water it is usually accepted by the machine.
2. These premises are not like a holiday hotel, so the available loungers and furniture tend to be taken early in the day and remain in the possession of the towel holder irrespective of whether they show through the day or not.
3. The major nation using the premises are Russian, they tend to proliferate the area and take over all the available facilities. The Chinese are next and they just shout at each other all the time.
4. The restaurant is not. It’s a small room with a gas hob preparing various dishes with some form of rice. I never got on with it and did not frequent after the first week or so.
5. The beach opposite is a disaster. The debris which includes plastic bottles and polystyrene, plastic cutlery washes in and out with the tide and is totally overwhelming.
6. Packs of wild ( possibly rabid) dogs hunt for food and appear to be disturbed at three o’clock in the morning not only barking but howling. I have a fear of dogs after being attacked as a child and found the dogs to be totally intimidating. The locals appear sanguin about their presence.
7. Fly tipping is endemic in the area adjacent to the resort and regular toxic fires are lit to burn the results of the tipping. Windows have to be shut and balconies cannot be used.
8. Whilst the “ second road” behind the resort is looked after, motor bikes without silencers appear to use it as part of a circuit and favour full throttle 10000rpm with the resulting noise at 4 am in the morning ( after the dogs howling which sets them off again)
9. The whole area is in need of a good scrub. The streets and pavements are filthy and whilst the garbage is collected daily the overriding smell is significantly distasteful.

Far from center of Pattaya, cost 100B/person for songtheaw but
I am very love this condo, there are all you need, kitchen with microwave, fridge, washing machine ,a couch, TV,2 air conditioner, a comfortable bed with a large window sea and city view and a swimming pool at 5th floor for each block,
7-11 near by, 5' walk to the beach
I will stay here when i visit Pattaya again

this area is for the quite ones the condos are nice and quite and cheap around 11 pound a day nice pool plenty bars the only thing it lacks it no shop on the park if in block e and u have no bike its a long walk to the beach
