We have visited Vail every summer for the last few years; this was our first stay at Antlers. It was a great location with wonderful accommodations! The view of Gore Creek & the mountains was the best.

The people at the front desk were not particularly friendly or helpful. The guy with man bun and goatee was especially “too cool for school.” Also, we had a lot of problems with the key cards not working at the pool and in the garage - it’s 2021 can’t that be fixed? Finally, the one time we made a special request - to delay housekeeping past 11 am since we had a videoconference appointment - housekeeping showed up at 10 am anyway.

We stayed here 3 nights as a family of 4.

Positives: Great location, nicely remodeled lobby, enjoyed pool & jacuzzi area.

Cons: The rest of the property was more dated than i expected. Parking garage is very tight. Our particular room was not the most comfortable/inviting. The property as a whole was OK, but did not impress. Just average for the pice.

Overall we would probably return but not without exploring some other options in vail first.

I've written lots of these for the Antlers over the last decade. Another summer of mountain biking and another great trip. In Vail, there is not better place. We stayed in #305 again which is perfect for a family with 1-2 children.

Just finishing up our stay at Antlers. As is the norm in Vail, customer service is extremely lacking at check-in. The condo was nice. It was very clean which we greatly appreciated. However, it’s a little concerning to have a leather & suede comforter because you know that thing is never washed, but other than that, very clean. We were initially going to stay at the Marriott however because they are undergoing construction, we stayed at Antlers, but then our view was of the Marriott construction so that was pretty disappointing. We thought we would enjoy our patio but no, it just looked out to a construction zone and the furniture out there was far from comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurants in the area so never cooked in the kitchen but it seemed very nice. Would be a great stay for families needing more space. The layout was nice. Jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise! Parking garage is very tight so don’t bring large vehicles. Also, pool is boasted as the best in the area - it was nothing special and looked like every other resort’s pool in the area and every time we looked, it was completely rowdy with kids which is fine but if you’re looking for a quiet lounge by the pool, consider staying elsewhere. Overall, a nice, economical stay in Vail!
