As we were walking through Victor, after touring the surrounding mountains to view amazing fall colors...we noticed a "sandwich board" sign on the sidewalk, advertising Homemade Pasole! Immediately, we knew we had to eat dinner here...at The Fortune Club. The pasole was delicious, as was the chicken quesadilla. Entering the Fortune Club is like taking a step back 100 years...creaky wooden floors, pressed tin ceilings, huge beautiful brass cash registers...and super friendly employees/owners. The attached bar is a hoot...still has a bullet hole in the wall from long, long ago. I'd recommend this unique restaurant highly...truly a labor of love for the people who work there, and a jewel in old downtown Victor. For dessert, go around the corner to the German Bakery...yes...in downtown Victor...where you'll discover lot of amazing surprises,
