The motel is located preety near the rocky mountains national park and very close to resturants and shops (most of the places close early so make sure you come on time)... the place is very quite and the rooms are big...
The wifi here is extremly weak and the breakfast is mostly caffee and baked goods to go. There is no dinning room. You take everything to you room...
The place has no elevator and you should left all your bags to the second floor...  over all the place is clean and quite but you should probably find better places in the same price...

I picked this motel for it's location in Winter Park to be able to walk around the town. The place is self was clean and the staff was friendly and informative of the town. It is a bit rough in the repair category but not enough to affect your stay. The Room 11 was large and very clean but needed an upgrade. It is well insulated and even though it faced the Main Street it was quiet. Breakfast was the usual food you will see at a small motel. Free bus shuttle is right outside the door and there are restaurants within walking distance.

The room was clean, the parking lot was uncrowded, the breakfast was acceptable (if you are not lactose intolerant), and the location is good- at the upper end of town near a walking trail. Esthetically, the building is homely; the parking lot is unpaved; the rooms are pretty basic. Price-wise, it was more than we are used to paying at a Hampton Inn with superior facilities.

Very conveniently located in Winter Park and close to Cooper Creek, Hideaway Park, and across the street of the ski shuttle. The rooms were clean and spacious and newly done. Coffee and pastries were provided every morning before I went out skiing. Overall really nice place and very friendly family owners. I love that the Fraser River Trail and view of the ski area is right outside the front entrance. Definitely recommend.
