Owl house is a perfect place to take time out, relax and reset. It has everything you need and designed to top quality. There is a nice walk to the local pub across the fields. It is a little of the beaten track but every thing you need is easy to access. We could not recommended owl house enough.

An excellent property for two in a peaceful location, well equipped and away from the road. Well placed for touring The Lizard peninsular in particular Falmouth, Helford and Porthleven. We saw Coughs at Lizard Point. Lots of beautiful gardens and houses to visit. We found Clay Quay restaurant in Porthleven excellent.
We did have a problem prior to our visit in that, having changed computers, we lost the payment link. It was extremely difficult to contact the letting company, so contact and payment was made direct to the owners. The letting company advised this was acceptable then repeatedly sent requests for more money. We were then told by the letting company this was not acceptable to them and it took many lengthy phone calls to eventually resolve the situation.
The property location and owners were excellent - it was just the upset before our holiday which would lead us not to book through this company again.

we stayed at owl house constantine in may 2014 and we found this to be quality accomodation in a countryside retreat , both clean and tidy , providing a lovely base to tour cornwall ,we loved the log burner , handmade rugs , the kitchen was smart and well equiped , the owner provides some quality food treats ect dotted around- we found bread, butter, cheese, ground coffee , homemade cake, and flowers (very nice touch) in the evening we heard the owls and outside we even saw flying bats nearby , the bedroom was spacious the lounge had lovely detail ,we found this was a great place to stay and within a few minutes drive you are back on the main roads where we then drove on and visited to-name-a-few- st ives, the lizard point, perranporth, geevor tin mine, falmouth, the eden project , sennen cove, and lands end - all in all a most enjoyable holiday !
We stayed at Owl House for 6 nights at the end of July/ start of August and we had a great time. We found the house easily after following directions provided to us by the owner and although it is out on it's own a bit the peace and tranquillity was nice. It only took us 10-15mins to get to Falmouth and the house provided a good base to travel all over Cornwall from. The house was furnished lovely and had all the essentials for when we arrived including milk, eggs, bread and cheese. There was also a book shelf filled with books, DVDs and games which was nice. We especially liked the wood burning fire for when it got a bit chilly in the evening.
Overall we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend this to our friends and family and make a return visit ourselves!
Thank You :-)
