We went with a group of 6 and ordered 4 different small pizza pies to share as well as an incredible blackberry salad, seafood salad appetizer. The pizza menu offers completely different flavors on each pie, with extremely fresh ingredients, light crust. Large place with lovely ambience.

This place was really cool, the atmosphere is really chill and your menu is on an iPad. Our appetizers really good in the pizza was delicious as well. For appetizers we got American cheese block and risotto. We got the Napoli and the traditional. It was nice to see that there are options for people who are vegan as well, and the next time we go we are definitely trying that. . The cheesecake was really good as well I believe it was blueberry, which I first caught me off guard but was definitely delicious. The service was nice and attentive. (they have photos of almost all of the dishes on their website as well as the menu that you see at the restaurant)

Hard to try other pizza places when you're in New Haven, but glad we did! Right next to Modern but didn't even know it existed go figure. Asked the server how long they been around, he said four and a half years lol. Decent craft beer selections too. Menus on iPads, seems like an unnecessary expense but hey, pics of delicious pizzas. The patata pizza with mashed potatoes, bacon, spinach and corn (huh?) tastes pretty good.

My favorite is the #3 with light "cheese". We are entirely plant-based and at home avoid anything processed, etc., even faux cheeses generally, but this place does it right. The green toppings are more abundant than found in many places and the cheesy stuff is not overwhelming. This place is great for those occasions which arise when one needs to grab something quick or socialize with non-vegan pizza lovers, on the high end for those used to non-vegan pizza mills but good quality and well worth it as an occasional treat.

We were blown away by the menu so much to choose from with the creative small plates to the pizza. We started off with several small plates to share among our group then moved onto a pizza. Dom the manager came over to our table to see how we were enjoying the food, great guy obviously loves his job and the restaurant.
Some of the stand out small plates we tried were the basil bread with pistachio butter, the mushroom puff pastries, the ratatouille, the brussels sprouts, and the arancini balls. Yes that looks like a lot, but we were a group of four and the menu calls to you. The artisanal pizza was a tough choice we ended up with a margarita. This is one fantastic restaurant and a hidden gem in New Haven.
