Visited this cafe on a Saturday afternoon when family were in town. The menu is typical Italian, with various panini, pizzas, pastas and more.
My husband and I shared an order of fried calamari. It was perfectly cooked, not greasy at all, and came with two wonderful dipping sauces (the typical marinara and another that tasted of olive oil and lemon). The portion was huge, but we had big appetites so polished it off.
We shared a panini, the Ligure, which consisted of grilled chicken, pesto and mozzarella. It usually comes with fries, but we asked for an alternative, and were offered a side salad at no additional charge.
All of the ingredients were fresh and we rated it as top notch.
Others in our party also ordered panini, and were satisfied with their selections.
Though the menu is typical, the quality of the food is right up there and portions are ample.
Service was also excellent!
