Ola just opened up in our town so we decided to go on a Saturday late pm. We didn't have reservations, but they accommodated us, although the host (Daniel) noted that our table was reserved for 6:15pm; we figured, it's okay - just the hubby and me and it was only 4:45pm. (Lesson learned - MAKE reservations!) While this was off-putting to me at first, they MORE than made up for it with their courteous, attentiveness to us - AND the food! Our waitress, Ashley, was great: personable and so sweet. Daniel was also very attentive as he took our order. The chef, was also accommodating with my food allergies. They started us off with warm bread rolls and a sundried tomato chimichurri which was so tasty. We had the Pinchos de Carne app - the skirt steak was so tender and again, perfectly cooked and seasoned. I had the paella and my husband had Costillas al Fuego (short ribs) - they were perfectly cooked and the saffron mashed potatoes were an incredible hit. Finished it with Churros and ice cream. The entire meal was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The ambience is inviting and the decor is very nice.
