This is the first time I'm told for early check in one has to pay.
Our flight was at 7am. I did make a request but there was no reply from the hotel.
And we have been told their check in time is 3pm.
We have a function to attend in the afternoon.
Have learnt my lesson. Will never stay here in future

My checkin was easy and pleasant. I actually owe the front desk an apology because I didn’t read the fine print on Hotels.com that there was a tax of MYR 10 for foreign visitors so I was rude and defensive when asked to pay the fee. It’s a cute little boutique hotel. The rooms are small but functional. The first room they gave me had a very weak wifi signal, but when they came up to confirm they changed my room with no problems. I stubbed my toe a few times before I remembered to step up when exiting the bathroom. It’s the open shower concept that wets the floor a little so I just used my shower shoes since I don’t like walking on a wet floor after showering. It is a very convenient location if you have an early flight out of Senai airport. Note if it is raining you do have to walk in the rain a little before arriving to the covered walkway to the terminal.
The fact that the hotel is nearby the Senai International Airport, it is indeed the most convenient hotel that I've ever booked and stayed. I never thought that although the hotel is nearby the airport, there's no interruption by the noises made by the airplane, neither landing nor departing. Clean room and comfortable bed are the best of what they promised. I'm quite satisfied with the shuttle service to Johor Premium Outlet (JPO) and made you don't want to miss to try this service to and fro. As Muslim, the nearby, walking distance masjid has made it convenient especially when you reach there on time during the call of prayer. I basically do not have any more comments, as I and my wife was so happy that we book this hotel. Truly recommended for a short trip for business or leisure. By the way, Grab service is superb too especially when you talk about it is nearby the airport where all drivers are always there to pick up to any location you wish to. Will book this hotel again when I come to Johor.
Checked into this hotel on 24/11 .......this hotel is just walking distance from Senai airport....approx 200m
The room has a decent size room......clean & new as its new (less than 2 years)
the view from the room is the airport runway.......airplane landing & taking off can been seen from the room....hence it is slightly noisy....not advisable to stay in this hotel if you are light sleeper.
Rather disappointed with its shower as the water is not strong enough......& the hot water is basically useless as it either 1min hot water else the water is cold.........
Breakfast is included for its guest.......& its also disappointing as the selection is very very limited.....
On the bright side....... this hotel does provide free shuttle service to airport....to JPO(duty free shopping) & Aeon shopping Centre.
Conclusion: For the price this hotel charge......its not value for money.
Nice hotel located near the airport. We were actually there for a funeral nearby. The hotel was comfortable and cosy for the price paid. Beautiful lobby and friendly and helpful staff. Water heater
in toilet was a bit slow and short while only but not complaining considering the price we paid for the hotel. Nearby a mamak restaurant - walking distance so hey u can get access to food anytime

Cons:
- small bathroom
- no complimentary parking
- water heater not functioning well. Only heat for a few minutes. Later on you have to bear the cold water shower
