Hotwire website should not include this hotel as 2-1/2 star, this hotel does not have breakfast ,only cereal bars & coffee ,nothing interesting. Any zero star or non branded hotel will have better things ,breakfast than this hotel , I don't recommend

The room was a little underkept. Paint peeling, room smelled like smoke. There were NO PLATES OR SILVERWARE! The fridge was older, the microwave worked fine. The room's AC was wonderful! It was set on 64 and when we walked in, the room was cold! There is a nice area to walk your dog around in. We came in late and the ticket, room and key were all ready, just a quick ID check and we're in! Did not try the breakfast. There are picnic tables and charcoal grills out back. Did not try the pool.

This brand is definitely not on the same level of Hilton or Marriott. It is bare bones. All of the rooms are studios... no one-bedroom suites or a pool, as other Extended Stays do. Coffee, tea, breakfast bars and oatmeal packs sum up the fabulous breakfast, otherwise, you have to make breakfast yourself in your room. The stove burners were antiquated, the seal on the fridge was loose, and the tub cracked. Folks who were still hooked on smoking, smoked too close to the building (in opposition to posted signs and no one enforced that), propped the back door open for easy entrance back in the building making it a security risk for the rest of us. Some “fair weather” Front desk folks may have smiled upon greeting some guests and hold a conversation but say nothing to other folks. I saw it with my own eyes. That’s not ok. Pay a few more dollars and go elsewhere. If you can’t cough up the dollars and HAVE to go there, then don’t be surprised at what you experience if you have read the above.

Property is decent. Front desk staff ok. However customers are breaking this one. Zero respect for others. Kids running up and down hallway squealing at 11-12 at night. Parents who think it is ok to do so. WWE match going on above me until 2am. Customers who sit out their room window and smoke. Watched that first hand. Could be great place to stay if walls and apparently floors weren't so thin and customers had respect for others. Needs more enforcement and PUBLIC postings of policies. I call BS on not being able to post reminder of policies. Seen it down other places within E tended stay properties. Sounds like local management issue.

I have stayed in many hotels and a lot of extended stays. This is the first time that the front desk called and asked if the room was satisfactory. It was a surprise and much appreciated. A little courtesy goes along way.
