This property was horrible -- among the worst I have ever stayed in, and definitely THE worst at such a price point! The entryway to our floor stank of urine. Our room stank of old smoke despite supposedly being non-smoking. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The fixtures in the bathroom were all rotten and falling apart. The fixtures in the tub literally almost fell out of the wall when touched. The foot of the toilet was rotted away from the floor and rocked back and forth. The ceiling of the balcony was rotten and hanging down in tatters. Stained carpet. Message light on the phone continually blinked and couldn't seem to be turned off even by an employee. No hangers on the bar meant for hanging clothes. Super hard mattress. Half used soaps piled in corner of tub at check-in. Top was broken off of coffee maker. Sketchy characters loitered around the property. We were rather shocked. Front desk employee nonchalantly said she'd "tell a manager" but showed no further concern. Exhausted by lack of sleep we couldn't wait to get out of there. Would give no stars if possible.

My stay has lasted a few weeks during week days, it has been very quiet and the house keepers definitely do their best to satisfy. The real gem though is the front desk customer service. Especially the three ladies that are always friendly and extremely helpful. The manager of the front desks who's name is RJ deserves a raise because she treats everyone with respect and goes above and beyond for her guests. I will definitely stay again.

This place is a pigsty. Room in terrible shape, stained carpeting throughout, halls smell bad. Very nice lady on the desk, but the place is a wreck. I desperately needed a room to crash or I would have walked out immediately. Stay away until they do some serious renovations.
