Our family stayed at the Sonesta for two months due to a house fire. It was a very challenging time for us as we had to take care of our infant grandchild and our adult daughter was also a member of our household. My husband and entire family was received with a warm welcome. During our stay no matter what we needed the items were provided. We would like to give a special thank you to Carol, David, Kesha, Ira. Amber and Betty. Carol and the entire staff made us feel at home even when we had to be hospitalized. Please give our sincere gratitude to each of the staff. Nice place to stay for long term stayers However...Parties on weekends, Rude Front Desk day shift hours my car was hit and claimed it to be a total loss over a drunk driver as if I wasn't going through enough..Rooms are not clean you will find under the couch all kinds of food etc..people knock on your door after midnight and run...last but not least no cameras but at front desk.and their was a shooting during the stay one man in critical condition..
I was moved 5 times due to maintence issues.

I stayed at the Sonesta for 5 months on a business deployment. Excellent Room, comfortable and quiet. Some of the other facilities were limited by COVID-19 restrictions, but not irritating. GM was helpful and friendly along with his front desk people and housekeeping folks.
Next time I am in Delaware for more than a day, I’ll plan to return to this hotel
