Open the dictionary to hospitality and there will be a picture of Amy Ryan (bartender) who felt like she became a friend. This was our first time here but it felt like we were treated like long time regulars. Seated by the oyster bar and watching Elmer shuck what seemed like dozens of different oysters was fun and educational.
Amy waited on us and guided us through the menu, beer and wine choices. The lightly dusted dayboat scallops were to die for. Layered with sweet potato mashed and candied bacon chunks and roasted brussel sprouts. Truly a memorable meal.
This will definitely be our new go-to place when visiting #Rehoboth.
