We booked the park and cruise package. There were 4 of us and had a suite with two different bedrooms. The room was great and the staff was very friendly. It was very crowded for our stay. There were 5 cruise ships leaving that day. There was a good size crowd at breakfast that morning. When it was time to board the bus, there were people standing everywhere in the lobby. The company they use for the transportation to and from the ships is great. I plan on staying here again for my next cruise and would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here for one night pre cruise in March 2015. I can honestly say it was above my expectations for a 1 night stay hotel. From the airport it was about 30 mins. We we arrived the front desk staff were very nice and there is a fun "selfie" astronaut in the lobby the kids loved. We booked the two bedroom even though we only had one night there, it was only $200 which I think is reasonable when including breakfast for four and is steps from many cruise ports. The room was very clean which I appreciated, looking fairly new. Full kitchen ( didn't even use it) queen size beds in each room and two full bathrooms which is awesome with kids/boys. The property has a basketball area, you just sign a ball out from front desk no problem. They have a nice pool area and hot tub, fire pit and outdoor bar as well for the adults. Besides our living room couch being totally shot springs wise, and the line for breakfast was pretty long ( but expected really its free!) I had no complaints. I would recommend the hotel take a look at the breakfast however... everyone wants eggs.. you had one dish of them and the poor cook was catching heck. why not just have several scrambled egg dishes save some stress. otherwise the selection was decent for sure. Chelsea at the front desk gave us some recommendation for dinner which were good she was very nice, however the advice to make a reservation was not given and we waited almost an hour. IF YOU ARE GOING FOR DINNER PRE CRUISE FOR THE LOVE GOD MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE YOU OUT. MAD HOUSE. But great food on the water really everywhere. I will definitely be back and will be booking clients here in the future for sure. Thank you for the great stay.

Room Tip: 2 bedroom worth the extra for a little more space and a good sleep.

Absolutely no complaints, everything about the stay was excellent. Reasonably priced parking if you plan to leave your vehicle while cruising. The shuttle service is also a great deal.

Shout out to Terry for being sooo helpful during our stay!

We needed a place to stay the night before we were leaving on a Caribbean cruise, and we picked this hotel based on generally positive reviews and also the convenient location near the Port Canaveral cruise ship terminals.

The hotel is pretty much as advertised. A clean, comfortable, convenient 3-star hotel. We had a one bedroom suite room which came with a kitchenette. Everything was tidy, fairly new looking fittings and finishings, and comprehensively outfitted. Free wi-fi was also included. The only minor quibble was the standard motel style layout of the bathroom, with a separate bath/toilet area and sink/vanity area (just personal preference). The room also came with free breakfast in the communal breakfast room (cereals, waffles, eggs/bacon, etc), and the food was standard motel fare (nice to be included but don't expect a gourmet meal).

Some other considerations to factor in before booking. This is definitely a family oriented hotel, so if you're expecting a quiet relaxing time, this isn't the hotel for you. The location is definitely handy if you're cruising before/after this stay, and the hotel has a shuttle (about $4/person if I remember). There is also a Hertz rental location on the side of the hotel, which was handy for us since we had rented a car from them (tip, you can park free in the Hertz lot, and the Hertz shuttle to the cruise ship is also free). In terms of food and amenities around this hotel, there is very little in the way of restaurants or anything else there. You will have to drive if you want to eat or buy anything.

Overall, we'd recommend this hotel. It was a bit on the pricey side for what it was, so best to shop for a good deal before booking.

Our family arrived on Friday, April 10 for a one night pre-cruise stay...found the desk attendant very helpful and courteous! Our reservations were in place and our request for two - 2 bdrm suites to be next to each other was done without a hitch. The rooms were clean and hotel well maintained. The pool area and fire pit were also enjoyed before turning in for the night. The breakfast was ample with choices for all ages. We will definately stay again when cruising out of Port Canaveral. Thank you hotel staff for a great stay!!
