had message on bed to change sheets then inked the sheets to confirm this was done. It wasn't. Stuff that was on the ground was not picked up, carpet was not vacuumed, dressers not wiped, dirty cups on bathroom sink, and ice bucket with yesterdays bad. This for almost $300 a day.

Supervisor could not speak when she saw the room, except that she said her notes say it hasn't been cleaned yet. My retort was I don't make beds in hotel rooms and she did take the $3 tip I provided.

This Westin does not do a good job in housekeeping. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to a bellman, he said he hears that a lot. (!!!)

Room Tip: The pool is small and riddled with children. Two other pools 2 blocks away with nasty residents who frown on you going to THEIR pool.

Linda and Noah made our mornings for the entire week that we stayed and ate breakfast over looking the marina as boats came and went at the Westin Cape Coral. Great service and personality plus, even though we had particular orders and one fussy husband. Our 16th floor room was clean and well appointed, not huge but adequate with two queen beds. Entry area was large with a coffee maker and fridge. Safe in closet. The bathroom was large with a tub shower. New fixtures and counter tops, lots of storage space. Pool and hot tub nice, not huge. Well maintained, The biggest perk was the screened in balcony.We enjoyed coffee there every morning and the sunset every night. Wonderful views no matter which side of the building you're on. We recommend asking for a higher floor to enjoy it most. Entire staff were pleasant and accommodating. Cute shops within walking distance near the marina peer. Will return.

Room Tip: Choose high for best views. We booked with Priceline so not sure of regular rates. Got a good deal!

We love the Westin Tarpon Point, an amazing waterfront playground with our boating lifestyle. Beautiful views from the rooms of the marina, the bay to the Gulf and the preserve!

The staff is always great! Linda and Christine have been consistently professional over the years! We truly missed Steve Sanabria the Director of Operations this recent visit as we understand he has moved to another location. He was always welcoming and entertaining.

Thank you to all of Westin Tarpon Point for making another stay there perfect!

The food was bad, and the waitress was awful. The place was empty (understandable) and the service was still awful. We could hear her apologizing to all the other tables around us for their service...what gives? This place will be a condo building in 3 years

Great room. Good gym facilities. Pool is warm and clean. The views are fantastic. And if you go to Marker92 for breakfast, ask for Linda. She is efficient and quick, but mostly she is personable and fun.
