Rented Unit 203 for two nights near the end of September 2017. It was a love-hate experience. The staff and management was exceptional. Friendly, professional, and prompt. Very well run business! The view/location is spectacular. You can gaze at the Gulf of Mexico and its several islands from the back deck. It's like being on board a cruise ship...then you go inside and look at decor, furniture, wallpaper, and utensils from the 1980's. Even a dreaded old nasty drip coffee maker. Yuk. I was able to launch my kayak from the beach and we enjoyed the modest sized pool. I would definitely return, but this unit needs to find the 21st century.

Room Tip: Choose the top floor. Best view and least noise from neighbors.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautifully furnished condo with two complete bedrooms, a very comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen. The wrap around balcony was a real plus. Our rental was on the second floor.
Be sure to bring food with you if you want to cook otherwise there are many very good restaurants in the area.
There is a boat dock, a pool and hot tub on the property.
The only thing that bothered us were people, on the first floor, who were obnoxious and foul mouthed. Otherwise we had a very nice two day stay.

Room Tip: I believe, if we stayed here again, I would like a condo on the top (third) floor even though there are two flights of stairs.

We are from Indiana and went to Cedar Key for a late April Spring Break. Extremely laid back. Flew into Gainsville Airport and drove to Cedar Key. Rented bikes for the week from Cedar Key B&B (beautiful old home with lovely back yard). Stayed at Seahorse Landing simply because they had a pool. Seahorse Landing Condo was beautiful, 1200 square feet for about $1000! Every condo had beautiful views; ours was ground floor. Compared to past spring breaks in Florida this was a bargain. When booking, ask for the condo that includes bikes and kayaks, we didn't get this one but I know it exists. There are no sweeping beaches in Cedar Key but it was a nature lovers dream. The place is so ecologically interesting. Two rivers, Suwannee and the Wacassassa?, flow into the bay. The claim to fame in Cedar key is their clam farming! When we got to the condo, they gave us a list of the tides for the week. We quickly figured out that if a boat gets caught at low tide they could go aground or be stuck out to sea until the high tide, so interesting! We took a sunset cruise with a married couple, Captain Doug's, he was the boat captain and she was the narrator, very informative! Went to the local seafood market and bought 100 clams for $18. Cooked them on the condo grill and ate them with butter, delicious! Favorite bar by a landslide (although no food) was the Low Key Hideaway with beautiful sunsets and a most interesting decor! Favorite place to eat was Robinson's. They did not serve alcohol but you are allowed to bring your own! We wanted to rent a pontoon but the day we scheduled was just too windy. Also wanted to book a fishing trip, but they were completely booked up, so schedule before you get there! Went to town and talked to local artist (photographer Ann Kamzelski) and she told us where to look for an owl's nest and an eagle's nest. We found the owl's nest but not the eagle. Bought some of her art which is funny and amazing. We also saw and learned about horseshoe crabs! Did a day trip to Manatee Springs State Park. Took a pontoon ride on the Suwanee River and swam in the beautiful spings, a contant 72 degrees! Fun!

Room Tip: Wi Fi and Cell Service very sketchy, but who cares!

Very Nice place to stay. Would stay there again. Staff very helpful. Parking a little tight. Clean. Furniture comfortable. Very roomy. Close to restaurants and pier for fishing. No boat slip had to load and unload daily.

We chose the end condo bottom floor 501 which was very nice. The tiled floors were great for us and especially the shower stall. Being in the senior class now these small things mean slot.
Even though we came prepared with beach towels, binoculars and bird book, we were pleasantly surprised to find these things in our condo. Wow!
The seahorse key chains for our condo keys were a quaint addition.
The view was amazing, the pool and spa clean and refreshing.
We loved the double swing on the deck and the Adirondack chairs lovely.
We could have spent all three days just enjoying ourselves at the condo.
We definitely plan to stay here again.
