This was our 2nd visit to the Inn at Cocoa Beach. We came for a 3 day getaway to relax. The property was clean and well maintained; the atmosphere was very peaceful; and the hospitality was very welcoming! The view from our balcony was lovely, with beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic daily. The only negative was that we could hear our very noisy neighbors in the room to our left. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and didn't want to leave!

Room Tip: lovely property and best views

We stay here 3-4 times a year and they never dissapoint. The staff are always friendly and attentive. This time I forgot the beer coozies and Larry hooked me up, thx man! Bring a cooler if you want to have your own beverages else they have an honor bar with reasonable prices. Give them a try, enjoy!

We came here for a short vacation the first weekend in June. Very impressed with the hospitality of the employees. The room was clean and spacious, better than we expected. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the cruise ships head out of the port. Very quiet pool area was a plus, along with the nice honor bar system. Wish we had booked a longer stay. We certainly will be back.

We had a wonderful two night stay! The setting was lovely and quiet, the room very clean with a fabulous view and balcony. We loved just drinking tea on the balcony and watching the moon rise over the ocean. We really enjoyed eating breakfast - the blueberry bread was a favorite. The sweet dogs we got to pet and the parrots were a bonus. We’ll definitely be back!!

This is one of those places that you can tell the people that work there really enjoy what they do. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Inn is an older property that is very well taken care of. There are 2 buildings. One was built in the 50s the other in the 80s. We stayed in the older. The room was nice and clean. Although a little small. We only stayed for one night, so no real complaints. Things to point out if you are staying longer. Hardly any storage. The closet is completely full of the A/C unit. The bathroom is tiny with the sink in the main part of the room and not in the bathroom. The lighting over the sink was terrible. A real issue for my wife while trying to get ready. The shower was surprisingly big with the shower head up high. Nice if you are taller. There is a decent size balcony with a view of the ocean. The Inn has very well kept grounds and public areas. Our stay included breakfast. Nothing to fancy but met all of our needs. They do have really nice personal touches everywhere. They have an Honor bar where you can go in and make a cocktail and pay on the honor system. They had a happy hour that included free wine, cheese and crackers. There are games, books and puzzles around if you need something to do. If you are a dog person, they have a couple of small dogs there that love attention. They also have a couple of Parrots you can say hello to. During the happy hour there were a few other guest there that apparently stay there often. Very friendly and said this was the best place in Coco beach to stay. I would stay here again but I would ask to stay in the newer building. We were told by the regulars that the rooms are bigger and a little nicer.

Room Tip: Ask for the newer building.
