We exchanged thru RCI for a two bedroom oceanfront unit. The sunrises each morning were fantastic. Check in was quick and the unit was nicely appointed and very clean. It's within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach pier (better to walk as there is a $10 parking fee there) Great spot for cocktails at the end of the pier

Restaurants neat the port are good to not only eat/drink but you can also see the ships leaving port

Highly recommend

We booked via RCI exchange and it was a choice to remember. Check in was swift and easy although we were early. Our one bedroom apartment on the fifth floor was HUGE. We have never in our 25 years of timeshare stayed in a unit of this magnitude.
Two bathrooms, massive kitchen, very large lounge and topped by a balcony the Royal Family could all fit on and wave from!
The pool was well equipped and very clean with good quality loungers.
Nearby was the Pier which was walking distance and had a good choice of restaurants and bars.
The timeshare big guns such as Hilton, Wyndham, Hyatt and Westgate should look at this resort and see that an independent family owner can offer big gun quality and expertise to openly rival them.
Simply the best! Thank you Las Olas.

I booked this Time Share through RCI and I am glad I did. This place is right on the beach. They have chairs, boogy boards and umbrellas you can borrow. The resort is within walking distance to The Cocoa Beach Pier which has restaurants and gift shops. The resort is clean and yes, a little dated, but the location and cleanliness makes up for it. The staff is friendly and willing to help you find things to do in the area. We had a one bedroom/two bath unit. Plenty of room for the two of us. We did not have any issues with our unit so I can't comment on the service. The only down side was there was no workout room. But long walks on the beach can take care of that!

We were pleasantly surprised at how much we liked Las Olas Beach Club. Trying unsuccessfully to get into an RCI property on either Sanibel Island or Captiva, Cocoa Beach popped up as available for the time we wanted to go. We took a chance since it is a gold crown property. We were given a two bedroom unit facing the ocean. What a beautiful and well maintained condo, and, of course, the view was spectacular. The staff, especially Alan, are friendly and helpful. There are many great restaurants in the area. The Mango Tree was our favorite, but there are other great suggestions listed in the newsletter. The pool area is very small...not what we're used to...but there was always somewhere to sit. I don't know if this would be true during a busier season, but we didn't have a problem with it. Over all, I'd give Las Olas a spot on my list of favorite vacation destinations.

Room Tip: Definitely request a condo facing the ocean.
