Oh no, we thought. A restaurant somehow connected to a hotel. Probably not the best but at least it's handy. BOY, WERE WE WRONG. Sure it's centrally located in the heart of Cocoa Beach but no need to sacrifice quality for location. They have a great bar with a good selection of domestic and imported beer, adventuresome cocktails and a good wine list. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to offer their help. And the food ... The food ... really good. Forget what passes for Chinese. This is Thai and well done at that. Light, delicious and satisfying. We especially liked the crab rangoon (more crab than cream cheese) and the spring rolls that are delicate and delicious. And the prices are very reasonable. So, going to Cocoa Beach? Don't miss the Siam Orchid.
